We take pride in our branding approach and offer so much more than “just a logo” because your business is, and deserves, more than that.
We are committed to developing brands that stand the test of time. We believe in our clients and build strong relationships with them through a considered approach that provides new solutions and innovative results.
Once we’ve created your logo, all facets of your brand grow organically, emanating seamlessly and consistently through all pieces of collateral and touch-points.
We start with a brief to understanding your project requirements, target audience, competition, and any other relevant details that can inform the design. Then we research and sketch to generate ideas and explore different design directions. This phase is all about being creative and exploring new possibilities.
Based on the brief and research, we develop several design concepts that align with the project goals and requirements. This phase is where ideas start to take shape. Once a design concept is selected, we refine it further, working on details such as color, typography, imagery, and layout. This phase is where the design starts to come together.
We share the refined design concept with you and gather feedback. This is an opportunity for us to collaborate and ensure that the design aligns with your vision. Based on your feedback and input, we make revisions to the design, ensuring that it aligns with your goals and preferences. This phase is all about perfecting the design.
Once the revisions are complete and you approve the design, We finalize it by preparing files for production and delivery. This phase is where we deliver the finished design product to you in the appropriate format and ensure that you have all the necessary files and assets.
We don’t. We’ve spent years refining this process and the result is a tried and true approach that works every time. Anytime we’ve tried to cut corners it has resulted in a longer process, more revisions…and more frustration along the way for both of us.
Projects are paid up front or if needed, divided into two payments: a 50% non-refeundable deposit and 50% final payment due at completion. On larger projects, we can set milestones for payments. Payments can be made by credit card, ACH bank transfer, Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, or check.
Depending on the number of deliverables involved, it usually takes us anywhere from 2-3 weeks for a logo project and up to 6-8 weeks for a standard brand identity package + website.
We’ll start off with Zoom video meetings for discussing your project and presenting the first round of concepts. For shorter communications, we’ll use email or we’ll send you a short recorded video.
Yes. Some designers charge extra for those, but we don’t. You can have the native source files for all of your final pieces.
Absolutely. 99% of our clients are not local, so we are adept at managing projects long distance.
Yes. We help with company or product naming, taglines, mission statements, brand stories, or other short messaging for your brand.

This is a great (and common) question – and unfortunately, the answer is pretty varied.
Do you want a 3-page site? Then your quote will be considerably less than a 30-page site. Are you working in e-commerce, or do you require specializations, extensive custom-coding, multiple forms, portals, and platforms? Then your quote will be considerably higher than a simple informational site.
The long and the short? A (good) website can cost anywhere from $3,000-$30,000.
Check out our resources on the subject or contact us to learn more and receive a custom quote for all the needs of your specific industry and website. Have a number in mind? Let us know and we will work with you.
Our web design process takes anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks (think 2 weeks for a smaller site and 4 weeks for a large or fully-custom site).
This includes a prep phase where we get to know your needs, and get the needed copy and images, a research phase where we learn your industry, the first design phase and editing phase, and our testing and launch phase.
SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization, and it is a way to make Google (or other search engines) like your site more.
Essentially SEO is the stock market for words that your customers are searching online. We start out by researching phrases and words that your customers are searching (like, ‘best digital marketing agency near me’), you choose the keywords you want (from our researched recommendations) and then we optimize your site around those keywords.
This (plus over 200 other ranking factors that search engines look to) can make your site climb the search engine ranking page (SERP), meaning your site might be #13 for ‘best digital marketing agency near me’ which is the second page of Google’s search results – but after SEO you could climb to #3, which will get you considerably more traffic, more clicks, and more clients. And more clients mean more revenue.
A lifelong love of creating, a passion for visionary ideas, and an appreciation for storytelling through art, are the main factors that sparked an early interest in design for me.
Between studying graphic design and marketing in school and working at design agencies for several years after graduating, I was able to get a taste of working on various advertising campaigns that further honed my skills in branding and marketing.
That’s how I came to realize that branding design combined my favorite aspects: problem-solving and working with people, and thus Resilient Mastery was born.
At my core, I am a people person and it is a dream to work with people on their businesses, knowing that it is such an important part of their lives. Since then I’ve been committed to delivering projects that are not only beautiful, but that also creatively solve each of my clients’ unique challenges.
